Refund Policy – Desert Bloom Memorial

At Desert Bloom Memorial, we are committed to transparency and compassionate service. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to handle all requests with care and fairness.

 

Payments for Services

All services and merchandise are paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. Once services have been performed, fees for those services are non-refundable.

 

Cancellations

If services are canceled prior to being performed, a refund may be issued for any unused services or merchandise, less any non-recoverable expenses already incurred (such as transportation, permits, or third-party fees).

 

Cremation Services

Once cremation has taken place, services are considered complete and are non-refundable.

 

Merchandise

Merchandise that has not been used or customized may be eligible for return or refund, subject to supplier policies. Customized or special-order items are non-refundable.

 

Third-Party Charges

Fees paid to third parties (including crematory fees, death certificates, medical examiner fees, clergy, or cemetery charges) are non-refundable once incurred.

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original method of payment whenever possible.
