The Desert Honor Ceremony is a simple and meaningful tribute designed to recognize the service and sacrifice of our nation's veterans. Services Include: • Transfer of your loved one into our care (25 miles within local service area) • Professional care and refrigeration • Filing of all permits and legal documentation • Completion of certified death certificates ($20.00 each certified copy) • Notification of passing to the Social Security Administration • Basic cremation container • Coordination with licensed crematory • One simple wooden adult sized urn • Wooden American flag display case • Guidance obtaining military discharge paperwork (DD-214) • Coordination of military honors • Online obituary listing • Assistance scheduling burial or placement at a national veteran's cemetery • Assistance with scheduling clergy for a committal service
